Job Details

Job Purpose

Receive, prepare, and process laboratory samples.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately receive, label, and process specimens.
Enter patient and specimen data in systems.
Sort and store samples, scan into inventory.
Assist with specimen storage and lab organization.
Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
Meet turnaround times and support quality standards.
Collaborate with team; seek guidance when needed.
Perform other assigned lab duties.

Requirements

Experience	0–1 year related work experience (preferred)
Skills	Attention to detail, multitasking, data entry, computer proficiency, communication

Working Conditions

Stationary for up to 2 hours; lift/carry up to 50lbs.
Use of computers and lab equipment.
Exposure to biohazards; PPE required.
Extended hours possible.
